As the driver backed the truck off from their truck, the check engine light came on. The driver said, under audio recording with the AI device on my chest, and video recorder form the 3rd floor apartment, which had a camera facing the whole parking lot, “I thought we turned that off to pass the inspection.”
Notice the RPM is hovering around 600, indicating the engine is on, check engine light is illuminated, and the Carvana Truck is in front of it.
The driver plugged in the OBDII device, and read the code. The code said EGR Valve, which had been on in the Chrysler 300 I owned, which I purchased from the CEO of Carvana’s Father’s business. I drove that vehicle to 598,000 miles, and figured if that was this, we are fine. The driver told me the part was only $500. He forgot to tell me about the thousands of dollars required to get to the $500 part.
