BBB Complaints - Do they do a transaction without a complaint?

Seriously, check out the complaints on the BBB, look at how many are recent, and then read the types of complaints. Common theme, delivery date moved without regard for client, quality of the vehicles sold, issues and problems.

Seems like they need some moral clarity.
